Strength Training Packages
Private: one-on-one in person of strength training workouts. Sessions are 30-45 minutes and are tailored to the individual and their needs. Strength training programs are designed for the individual to address postural, functional, and performance goals. Private coaching allows for a focus on one person so that adaptations and progressions can be made as needed. By appointment only.
Small Group: strength coaching of 3-6 people in person. Sessions are 45 minutes and are still tailored to the group in attendance. The coach is working to make the class appropriate for everyone while keeping in mind any challenges present. This option is well suited to people who are self-motivated and have working knowledge of their body’s limitations. By appointment only.
