Join Ruth to learn why simple healthy living is an important piece of not only our physical well-being but also our spiritual and mental wellness. With a holistic approach, you’ll also learn about the four pillars of health and how to implement daily, basic, and often free, strategies to maximize your time and energy to create healing and overall good health. You’ll take home an informational packet but bring pen and paper if you’re a note taker.


Light finger foods will be provided, such as homemade sourdough and Ruth’s grandmother’s famous chicken salad (healthy!). Clean water will also be provided.
