Strength Training includes a client portal that provides workouts for home use, educational content, motivation, and coaching support.
  • Private: one-on-one in person or virtual coaching of strength training workouts. Sessions are 30-45 minutes and are tailored to the individual and their needs. Strength training programs are designed for the individual to address postural, functional, and performance goals. Private coaching allows for a focus on one person so that adaptations and progressions can be made as needed. By appointment only.
  • $250/month

  • Small Group: strength coaching of 3-6 people in person or virtually. Sessions are 45 minutes and are still tailored to the group in attendance. The coach is working to make the class appropriate for everyone while keeping in mind any challenges present. This option is well suited to people who are self-motivated and have working knowledge of their body’s limitations.​ Mondays and Wednesdays at 8 a.m.​
  • ​$200/month
Pilates includes a client portal for additional workouts, educational content, motivation, and coaching support.
  • Private: one-on-one Pilates instruction provides a safe place for a student to achieve optimum function and performance. The Pilates teacher considers the student’s goals to design a program addressing postural, functional, and performance goals. Private sessions allow the teacher to focus on one body and progress the exercises as the body changes. By appointment only. 
  • Private (50 min): $65 per session
  • Available Pilates packages*:
    • Package of 4 privates: $250
    • Package of 8 privates: $490

  • Semi-private: one-on-two Pilates instruction provides similar benefits as private sessions when both students are at similar levels. By appointment only.
  • Semi-private (50 min): $30 per person​
  • Available Pilates packages*:
    • Package of 4 semi-private: $110
    • Package of 8 semi-private: $200

  • Mat Class: Foundational mat Pilates will challenge your mind and body as you strengthen and stretch every major muscle group. Inner core strengthening will lead to a more stable foundation for your every movement. Learn about healthy movement and finding deeper strength and flexibility for your body. For beginner to intermediate students. Bring your own mat. Currently available for members at Sportscenter Athletic Club, 3811 Samet Dr, High Point, NC 27265 on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m.
